1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for most items under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Condition: The item must be in its original, unused, and unaltered condition, with all tags, packaging, and certificates (if applicable) intact.
- Exclusions: Certain items such as personalized or custom-made jewelry, final sale items, and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for returns. These exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Once we review your request and confirm that the return meets our eligibility criteria, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- Ship the Item: After receiving the RA number, carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging and ship them back to the address provided by our team. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the item is approved for a refund, the following will apply:
- Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that the refund may take up to 5-7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Partial Refunds: If the item shows signs of wear or damage, a partial refund may be issued, depending on the condition of the returned item.

4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. 6. Final Sale Items

7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

8. Return Shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure your item arrives safely. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless you provide tracking information.
- Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a change of mind, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
9. Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, the return process is the same as for regular orders. You will need to contact us for a Return Authorization and follow the return instructions. Refunds for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser unless otherwise requested.
