Refund and Returns Policy

At Crystalluxee, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help with our flexible returns and refund policy.
1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@crystalluxee.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
3. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact us at info@crystalluxee.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for an exchange at no additional cost.
If you need a different size or style, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked as final sale
5. Late or Missing Refunds
